The Altérables project gathers a series of images created according to the same process: using one or several layers of tracing paper, an element of a photocopied newspaper photo-graph, or its simple outline, is reproduced, dupli-cated, moved and added to the original image. This assemblage is then digitised, taken out of its context, and printed onto another material, revealing the alterations undergone throughout the different stages of the transformation.
