Does this also apply to your vision of domestic space and the role of objects within it? How do you envisage our overall relationship with objects?

MSz: It is only after I’ve made my objects that I start reflecting and commenting on them, but I never expect anyone else to consider the whys and wherefores of an object; that is my domain and private compass. If some people appreciate my work, they do it for personal reasons and I have no wish to impose my thoughts on them.
